John Lofthouse - Baritone

After graduating from Durham University, John taught Religious Studies for four years. In 2000 he commenced studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where he completed the Opera Course in 2004. At present, John is studying at the National Opera Studio. John has performed a variety of principal roles for companies including British Youth Opera, Stanley Hall Opera, Opera Brava, New Kent Opera and Grange Park Opera (Young Artists). He has also sung the role of Walter Wilkins in a concert performance of 'Merrie England'.
