MERRIE ENGLAND

The concert version of Merrie England is to be presented in Whitchurch as part of the Edward German Festival in April 2006. Performances will be on Sunday 23rd April at 4.30pm and on Monday 24th April at 7.30pm. at the Whitchurch Leisure Centre. (The first performance is on St. George's Day).

The other four minor parts will be sung by members of the chorus choirs taking part:
Fauls Singers - Whitchurch Male Voice Choir - Kelsborrow Choir - Prees Ladies Choir.

This will give a chorus of some 130 voices. They will be accompanied by a 20 piece orchestra.
