Helen Withers - Bessie
Helen trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She has performed various solo parts in opera and oratorio.

Karina Lucas - Jill all Alone / Queen Elizabeth
Karina studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and at the National Opera Studio.

Benjamin Segal - Sir Walter Raleigh
Benjamin studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the National Opera Studio. He has given many operatic and oratorio performances throughout the UK.

John Lofthouse - The Earl of Essex
John studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the National Opera Studio. He has performed various principal operatic roles including Walter Wilkins in Merrie England.

United Reformed Church.

Works of three British composers are featured in this recital. Alongside Edward German's delightful Suite will be the first English performance of another short piece for four hands. Other works are by Peter Warlock and John Hearne.
