REED ALL ABOUT IT

7.00pm A PERFORMANCE OF THE JUST SO SONG BOOK BY PUPILS OF LOCAL PRIMARY SCHOOLS
United Reformed Church.
Under the direction of Mrs Helen Clarke. Accompanist Mr David Clarke.

The Just So Stories, Rudyard Kipling's wonderful fanciful tales of how things came into being, were published in 1902 and have been firm favourites since. Each story includes a short poem and it is these texts that Edward German set in his Just So Song Book. These charming songs conjure up images of childhood and the innocence of a bygone era. The local children aim to capture the exuberance of these delightful songs and to share their many flavours.

In partnership with the Harry Richards and Francis Greaves Benevolent Fund administered by Whitchurch Town Council
